ManilaSenior Manager HR Service Center - (1908876) Primary Functions
Responsible for managing Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team, ensuring the integrity of HR data in HCM and the integration of data to payrolls and other system, internal and external partners
Manage a high volume Shared Service team supporting McDermott’s global operations on a 24/7 basis.
Establish and drive best in industry practices and process
Provides leadership and training to HRSS team so that they can accurately and efficiently enter required data into HCM
In conjunction with HR Leadership determine Shared Services KPI’s and ensure KPI’s are tracked and met
Monitors and audits data in HCM to ensure data integrity and internal audit requirements are met
Investigates HCM system issues, works with HRIS team to identify the source and determine solutions
Supports on-boarding as it relates to employee data to ensure effective data flow from Talent Acquisition system to HCM
Prepares appropriate documentation and processes for HR Shared Services Team
Works closely with HRIS team to support interfaces to/from HCM
Works closely with Payroll teams to support the execution of payrolls as it relates to employee data
Ability to communicate well with HR Community and other Operational Teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
Capacity to work well under pressure and in sometimes stressful situations
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Solves problems using standard procedures
Prioritizes and organizes work to meet deadlines

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of managing a high volume multi-national HR Shared Service team
Must have significant experience and understanding of Oracle Cloud
Good experience in other HR/Payroll systems such as Taleo, JDE, SAP is highly beneficial
Good experience in managing service ticketing systems
Knowledge and experience using more advanced excel functions including Vlookups and pivot tables
Good communication and management skills are required.
