We are looking for a candidate with Office 365 and mobility services experience. The candidate must have the experience of provisioning new Office 365 tenants, analyzing on premise messaging environment and migrating enterprise messaging platforms to Office 365. PowerShell working experience is highly desired. The candidate must have an excellent experience with supporting and administering Workspace One.
In this role, candidate is expected to provide cross-functional support, guidance, implement new capabilities and hands-on execution in introducing best-in-class operational capabilities as part of an organization that is ushering in transformative change. This role will be accountable to lead Email and mobile operations in non US business hours, which includes leading P1/P2 incidents, product upgrades, vendor management, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the O365 migration project across UHG environment - Planning and implementing
Serve as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders on all aspects of the Support Engineering discipline, driving reliability into VMware Workspace One systems requiring support
Guide Reliability via Enterprise Transformation, influencing teams as they work towards maintaining 99.99% reliability targets, and beyond
Lead change and innovation, pursue opportunities to adopt new technologies and drive adoption to enhance business outcomes, drive and mange high-quality execution across organizational lines
Maintain and create documentation as required
Required Qualifications:
12 or more years of professional IT experience, with steadily increasing responsibilities
9+ years of experience in Consulting with large scale migrations to Microsoft Office 365 product and mobility platforms
7+ years of experience with Active Directory and Exchange services
4+ years of experience designing and building highly distributed, salable 0365 and workspace one solution
3 or more years of experience leading teams and/or managing IT Project timelines and deliverable
Office 365 consultants: prior Office 365 mailbox migration experience, scheduling migration batches and process management
PowerShell advance level automation experience for daily administration for AD, O365, and Exchange for monitoring, reporting, configuration changes. Advanced knowledge of Windows Servers services AD, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Azure AD connect, CA, IIS
Experience planning and supporting +99.99% availability against critical applications in production
Experience with DevOps methodologies and enabling Automation
Skills: O365, Exchange Online, Skype, One drive, Share Point Online, MS Team, VMware workspace one, Active Directory, DNS.DHCP, LDAP, Azure, MS Server 2003/2008/2012/2016, PowerShell scripting, ITIL/Agile practices
Advanced troubleshooting, analysis, and creative thinking skills
Knowledge of several of the following areas: infrastructure solutions (especially Microsoft), cloud technologies, networking, data center operations, platform migration and enterprise directories
Solid understanding of ITIL/Agile best practices
Preferred Qualification:
Experience with DevOps methodologies and enabling Automation
