- Develop account management strategies and approach - Build and develop a substantial account management team
- Manage account management team to drive all activities required to sell our product including:
- Develop sales materials ( including presentations, contracts, invoices, exhibition materials)
- Identification of potential clients
- Setup meetings and do sales visit
- Attend sales presentations, exhibitions, events and conferences
- Drive the sales process ( from first contact to signing and executing a contract)
- Develop excellent trust-based relationship with clients
- Identify product improvements
- Identify new products based on market demand
- Administrate according to the company’s standard operating procedures and management system
