Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
Monitoring employee performance.

Job Qualifications
Solid academic training on business study or related training
At least 5 year's management working experience in manufacturing sector
Knowledgeable in local labor, health & safety and environmental laws as well as corporate social responsibilities
Meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated, strong integrity, good team player and excellent interpersonal skill
Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
