Senior Financial Analyst

At least 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience
Experience in heading discussions with C-level executives
At least 3 years experience in financial planning and analysis
Experience of three full annual budgeting cycle until implementation
Experience in financial services industry
2 years experience in capital budgeting/ and or preparation of cost benefit analyses
2 years experience in data analysis
Experience working in SAP controlling module
Excellent interpersonal skills on all levels of organization
Strong, independent person able to challenge existing processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills on all levels of organization
Ability to lead and execute a projects/cost-saving initiatives in a structured and thorough manner
Ability to build alliances within organization
Persistent, independent, highly trustworthy and loyal person of conviction

Agile and flexible in understanding change in priorities.
Resilience and ability to find new way’s to overcome challenges. As part of our growth, your tasks will be:
Prepare monthly management report for OPEX
Analyze the monthly actuals for each department, do a variance analysis and report results to the stakeholders on monthly basis.
Support in the budgeting process of operating and capital expenditures. Includes understanding, reviewing, and challenging the capacity models and processes of each department/cost center.
Closes and analyze actuals for each cost center spending and ensure that spending is in line with budget, forecast, and/or the relevant cost drivers.
Ensuring accurate closing of books from a cost perspective.
Timely reporting of month end actuals with variance analysis to dept. heads.
Cooperates with accounting team on regulatory reporting
Support for regular reporting for management, HQ
Compliance reviews of various internal controls and procedures (control reports, data analysis, exception reports)
Developing and delivering ad hoc analysis as required
