Job Description Review and consolidate annual project forecasts. ?Ensure accurate and timely financial reports for projects, highlighting key metrics and variances. Work with project teams to address financial issues and ensure alignment with the budget. Prepare and review cash flow forecasts for short- and long-term needs. Manage surplus or deficit situations according to company guidelines. Coordinate with banks and other financial partners to address cash flow requirements. Oversee office facilities and ensure a safe, high-quality working environment. Develop and manage the budget for office-related expenses. Monitor vendor performance and handle procurement and office maintenance. Represent the company on JV boards, reviewing project progress and financial status. Manage cash flow for the JV and ensure financial compliance. Work with external auditors and tax consultants, addressing any issues. Manage asset purchasing, disposal, and utilization to ensure financial efficiency. Monitor and improve cost management for plant operations. Lead and develop the finance and administration team. Set performance goals and provide regular feedback. Foster team growth through training, mentorship, and career development. RequirementsRequirement 15+ years of experience in finance and administration, ideally within the infrastructure sector. Strong proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., JDE, Insight, EIS). Proven experience in financial control, reporting, and cash flow management for large projects.In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance. Ability to develop and implement financial systems and processes effectively. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CIMA certification preferred. Clarence Khoh
