Senior Finance Manager

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses. You will review costs for optimal budget planning. You will evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures. You will be utilize logic and systematic processes to analyze and solve problems. You will prioritize and complete tasks in order to deliver desired outcomes within allotted time frames. You will develop procedures, processes, and systems for order, accuracy, efficiency and productivity. You will express non-traditional perspectives and/or novel approaches. You will analyze all aspects of a situation to make consistently sound and timely decisions. You will also need to be able to see new possibilities by examining personal performance.

So, what is it we’re looking for? Well, since this is a Sr. Finance Manager, you must have a previous BPO experience. Previous experience in financial branch management, financial services, or other related fields is also a plus. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required plus advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications is also needed. What else? Well, we need someone with experience with full cycle month end close (Accruals, Capitalization, Revenue Recognition, Inter-company).
What else? We need someone with a strong financial reporting experience (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Someone who has Oracle ERP and ADP Workforce Now experience preferred, but not required. Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Able to travel up to 10% of the time. Interested in a fast-paced environment with room to grow. Knowledge of common banking practices. Possess strong business ethics, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to work under pressure.
