Senior Executive, Human Resources

About You We are looking for a Human Resource Executive. In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle at CARSOME. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our employees, from recruitment to retirement.
Your Day-to-Day Support the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with new hire onboarding.Handle employee inquiries and concerns, manage performance reviews, and provide support with conflict resolution.Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain detailed employee records, and manage compliance with labor laws.Assist in developing and implementing training programs, and keep employees updated on company policies and procedures.Perform various administrative tasks related to HR, including data entry, document processing, and filing. Your Know-How Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist or similar roleStrong knowledge of HR principles and practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPositive and professional demeanor
