Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for a Senior Director position leading Account to Report (A2R) Global processes, located in Manila, Philippines.
Johnson & Johnson Global Services Finance provides A2R services and financial support for Johnson & Johnson companies across all regions (Asia Pacific, EMEA, Latin America and North America) from its Global Services Center in Manila. This role will be fully responsible and accountable for the overall leadership, strategy and direction of Account to Report activities placed in the Global organization. This dynamic role will establish a new Global team with a global mindset, leveraging existing and recruited resources, onboarding work from planned deployments, creating a positive customer-focused culture and driving standardization and simplification of processes. This role will provide leadership to a large Manila-based team supported by third-party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers and will directly collaborate with Service Delivery Leads within each of the Regions, Global stakeholders and the Global Process Owner to further evolve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the strategy, accuracy and timeliness of Global Account to Report processes for Johnson & Johnson companies globally
- Develop and articulate vision for Global Account to Report organization and build customer-focused organizational culture
- Provide leadership and ensure Global Account to Report service delivery commitments and customer expectations are met
- Accountable for overall customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding service levels
- Successfully completing Global Account to Report deployments including attracting, recruiting, on-boarding, knowledge transfer and hyper care activities
- Able to retain a highly competent, motivated and diverse Credo-based tea
- Develop and operationalize Global Account to Report strategies that enhance effectiveness and compliance
- Build and manage key relationships with Global Services leadership and key Business Partners to ensure service delivery commitments and value expectations are met
- Provide leadership to acquisitions, divestures, reorganizations and other integrations as required
- Provide leadership and oversight to the third-party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) indirect providers
- Manage development, communication and continuous improvement of the policies, processes and procedures for Global Account to Report
- Deliver talent, business and financial expectations for Global Account to Report
- Ensure Global Account to Report remains compliant with all statutory, regulatory and SOX 404 requirements. Provide guidance, direction and expertise to support all internal and external audits, ensuring effective controls for end-to-end processes
- Drive a continuous improvement and change management capability to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of Global Account to Report processing
- Actively participate with the Global Services Leadership Team to provide overall leadership and direction to the future and direction of Global Services Finance in support of the broader Global Services Vision
- Collaborate with Global Services Cross-Functional Leaders, Global Process Owner (GPO), Regional Service Delivery Leads and other Global Services, Corporate, Tax, Treasury and Business Unit Finance stakeholders to identify and deliver improvements in service performance and global standards
- Maintain and foster external relationships and benchmarking to ensure responsiveness to changing environment
- Manage staff by providing Goals and Objections (G&O’s), feedback, coaching, metrics and development planning for the team

Qualifications
Education:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s level degree is required, preferably in accounting or finance
- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience is required
- At least 3 years of experience in a Shared Service Center of a multinational corporation or BPO
- MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certifications is preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Experience managing Global Account to Report function of a large multi-state company leading a large team of direct and indirect reports
- Significant experience driving large, complex projects to a successful completion as well as ability to work in a Global environment
- Ability to lead a large organization through change while maintaining day-to-day operations
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees, colleagues, leaders and stakeholders at all levels with a proven record of influencing outcomes remotely
- Ability to manage ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach
- Successfully manage multiple priorities and be very organized
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team with the ability to lead in a matrixed environment
