Details of the offer

Supervise and lead the team of digital strategies in creating and timely implementation of a content calendar, optimizing compelling digital content that drives desired responses and customer engagement
Collaborate with brand managers and internal stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and develop/ communicate plans to support those priorities
Manage multiple relationships and partnerships with online media, brand ambassadors, bloggers, websites and other related online stakeholders and initiatives that will elevate the MLM brand and become channels for content dissemination
Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of digital campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campagins in an effort to maximize results
Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital strategy expenses
Manage multiple agency relationships and partners related to those lead initiatives
Create and optimize compelling digital content that drives desired responses and customer engagement
Analyze all traffic sources and optimize them to ensure the digital spend is achieving desired KPI's
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience working in web/ digital/ mobile agency or web-based businesses
Knowledge of the digital media ecosystem with an understanding of digital marketing strategies and principles
Strong communication, presentation, and digital analytical skills
Excellent copywriting, editing, presentation, proofreading, and communication skills
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, HTML, and CMS. Adobe photoshop, or any photo/ video editing software knowledge
