Primary Purpose

This business-critical appointment will take a lead role in shaping the future growth trajectory and continue to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Be nimble in driving the success of our group of brands are B2B and B2C.

Create strategies and end-to-end campaigns for internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

With the Chief Marketing Officer, you will develop the marketing strategy for Australia, New Zealand and the US for multiple brands ensuring continued sales growth.
Optimise the brand experience across all consumer touch points both online and offline.
Provide leadership, strategic direction and overall management of end-to-end campaigns and communicate these with senior management and external stakeholders.
Continuous optimisation across all channels and programs and strong focus on analytics.

Skills and Experience

Tertiary qualification with an emphasis on Business or Marketing.
Experience with creating strategy and end-to-end campaigns that bridge the gap between marketing and sales teams.
Expert at all things digital and innovative technology.
Very experienced at presenting ideas, concepts projects and results to clients.
Track record of developing and coaching talent.
A minimum of 7+ years’ experience; in digital/acquisition marketing, database marketing, automation, performance, SEO, social, email marketing and reporting on results.
Experience with working with call agents or sales teams.
You’ve worked with Aussie or USA clients before.

Day to day, you will be responsible for
Supporting the delivery of marketing activities aimed at driving activation, retention for audience acquisition in B2B and B2C brands.
Regularly test and monitor results on campaign management and consumer analytics.
Understand the practices of life cycle marketing via multi-channel marketing, marketing automation platforms and working with teams to promote movement and retention throughout a user’s life cycle.
Identify and develop marketing processes to improve overall organisational efficiency and effectiveness for understanding user behaviour.
Be comfortable as a cross functional collaborator building relationships with product managers, analysts, creative teams and content creators.
