You will hit the ground running and ready to brainstorm out of the box ideas for digital campaigns, and execute, analyze & course correct all along the way; helping the agency grow from infancy through to best in the business.

Minimum Qualifications:
The Skillset In order to excel in this role you will need to possess a diverse set of skills and qualities, which include:


At least 3-5 years’ on the job experience in Digital Marketing / Advertising An intimate understanding of all major Social Media platforms A keen interest in what’s happening in the digital space, both locally and worldwide A proven track record managing multiple commitments to the clients, team, and business operations The ability to effectively manage time, plan and prioritise Self-motivated to achieve outstanding results Process focused with the ability to live in spreadsheets & technical systems Technically savvy and a nerd at heart Creative, adventurous, and a big dreamer Two eyes for detail The capacity to learn fast and drive your own personal development Ability to adapt to challenges in a constantly evolving startup environment In addition to the above, you’ll need to be flexible with your schedule – as your working hours will be based on business needs.
