Details of the offer

- Ensure overall SFDC compliance (SOX, FDA, internal, etc.) and support regular auditsProviding general support, administration, and maintenance for the global SFDC platform including interfaces to SAP, Eloqua, ServiceNow and other systems.Working directly with key users and end users to resolve support issues within SFDCSupport execution of the QIAGEN Digital Roadmap, business process automation and system integrationsContinuously monitor and improve org health and user adoption
Position Requirements
- 3 or more years of working experience in Salesforce with a solid understanding of platform-specific design patterns and large data volume strategies, Lightning experience is a plus- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent- Engineering, Computer Science4 or more years of information technology experience in a customer facing organizationWorking Experience in global Service Management (ITIL certification is a plus)Salesforce Certification (Admin, Developer, Data Architecture or similar)
Personal Requirements
- Business fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
