Senior Cost Engineer -Mid/High Rise

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Civil Engineering
With at least 4 years of related work experience
With exposure to cost estimates and scheduling
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and MS Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Updating with the most recent estimating techniques and procedures
Prepare work schedule /S-curve for a given project
With experience in midrise or high rise building construction estimate
