Senior Buyer

Job Description:
Ensures cost-effective purchase of all materials and services as required by the company whilst ensuring quality control and compliance with the company's policies and procedures. With a keen interest in the industry of computer and console gaming products and procurement. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent; At least 3 years of working experience as Procurement or Purchasing Officer or as Senior Buyer is required for this position; Strong analytical and planning skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Ability to maintain flexibility as priorities change; With keen interest in the industry of computer and console gaming products and procurement; Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office application or its open source equivalent like Openoffice, Libreoffice, etc.; Willingness to embrace technology to systematize and organize work processes with a view to increasing efficiency and productivity; Team player with good work ethics and attitude; Resourceful, honest and trustworthy; Willing to learn and keep pace with the changes in the field of computer and console gaming; Ability to work effectively to meet tight deadlines and in high pressure situations; Strong organizational and time-management skills; Good negotiation skills with external vendors to secure advantageous terms; Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company; Applicants must be willing to work in Malate, Manila City.
