Job Description:
Join as a Full-Time Sr. Business Development Manager/Business Development Head for a fast-growing Social Commerce company


Lead the partnership process and secure deals with various merchants/brands (merchant acquisition) Leading the process and team in identifying, acquiring, and maintain a relationship with KOLs/Influencers Strong connections or network with Communities Passion for e-commerce industry and social media activities Able to manage the project using advance time-management skills under a tight deadline Leading the team of Business Development to achieve KPIs and be part of the Senior Management Team Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations Team Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of business development working experiences, preferably in tech startups, media companies, or eCommerce companies Experience in brands/merchants/products acquisition (Deals/Partnerships) Experience in handling/dealing with influencers/KOLs/KOCs is a plus Strong time management Fluent in English and Bahasa Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills You have a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, are able to work under pressure and with the target You are proactive, self-motivated and have the desire to learn You are persuasive and customer-centric
