Qualifications & Experience Required:Must have hands-on experience in the following areas: ? Bank Reconciliation
? Invoicing, Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
? Preparation of Annual Financial Accounts
? Business Activity Statement (BAS) & Instalment Activity Statement (IAS) preparation
? BAS Reconciliation
? Payroll & Payroll Tax – preparation and reconciliation
? Xero Account Setup & Data Conversion
? Tax Return Preparation & Lodgement
? Initial Review of Tax Returns
? Final Review of Tax Returns
? Team Leadership & Staff Oversight
? Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) experience
 
Technical Skills Required:?? Strong proficiency with Xero Accounting Software Ideal Candidate Profile:?? Detail-oriented and highly organized
?? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
?? Proven experience leading a team
?? Able to work independently in a remote setup
?? Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
?? Must be able to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
