Key Result Areas
Role & Responsibilities: Below are the role and responsibilities aligned to the above-mentioned role / role designation. Please note, these are indicative list of responsibilities, and not an exhaustive representation of job duties.
Policy Formulation (includes processes, guidelines definition): Deploy the change management activities to implement the policy with guidance from seniors and check on effectiveness of communication.
Research, Benchmarking and Advisory /HR Solutions: Participate in research/benchmarking projects; do data consolidation, basic analysis, statistical modeling, setting up of benchmark conversations, etc. based on inputs given by seniors.
HR Systems and Processes/Operations Management/ Deployment: Plan, execute and monitor specific activities as guided by seniors to HR service delivery effectiveness. Assist supervisor in identifying areas of improvement in HR Process/Policies/Systems based based on inputs from Unit/DC/Geo HR functions. Assist manager in reviewing the effectiveness of existing HR tools/applications. Work with internal HR and other functions like IS, CCD to identify and address issues in the process/policies/systems with employee touch-points and support the implementation of process improvements.
HR Analytics / Metrics / Reporting: Collate data related to HR Processes and Programs by coordinating with Units, FEFs and CoEs. Analyze this data and prepare various status reports/dashboards for respective processes (Workforce Dashboard, Attrition Dashboard, Business Impact Dashboard, Analytics Reports, Talent Reports, etc.) under the guidance of Leas ? General HR to help assess compliance levels, business impact, and organizational health.
Knowledge Management/HR Capability Building: Assist in developing content for training programs and other relevant artifacts as required. Contribute with creation of white papers, book reviews, research outputs and certification materials and participate in knowledge dissemination sessions. Implement the planned set of developmental interventions as per process with good feedback. Work with external vendors if required in content preparation/conduct of knowledge sessions as required to enhance capabilities of internal HR teams.
Vendor Relationship Management: Handle vendor activities as required based on input from seniors.
Employer Branding and Positioning: Use feedback data and survey data to track and report issues that would be used by seniors for coming up with implementation plans for interventions. Support external organizations with data if required for best employer surveys and other benchmarking studies, as required. Provide insights to supervisors on employer branding strategies and provide support on implementation of engagement and branding initiatives.
Function-specific initiatives: Participate in function-specific initiatives as relevant.
Audits & Compliance: Track compliance for respective processes, flag off deviations to supervisors and propose recommendations to address gaps.
Other responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for managers and employees to support and guide them regarding HR queries, policies and processes
Management of Disciplinary & Grievance procedures
Support the HRBP in coaching and mentoring line managers where performance concerns have been identified, ensuring robust management of probation and PIP processes
Support the HR team in driving robust HR operational processes, in particular short-term & long-term, absenteeism, ensuring managers are completing relevant paperwork and proactively managing Bradford factor triggers
Support the HRBP with local in-house training for front line and senior managers on HR processes & policies
Support in all aspects of employee engagement in line with Infosys engagement strategy
Support in the co-ordination of communication programs to ensure harmonious employee relations and promote employee engagement
Support with HR IT systems ? ensuring accuracy in the maintenance and updating of data to ensure accurate employee records, reporting and compliance
Support in the generation of weekly, monthly employee reports for key stakeholders within the business
Support the administration of cyclical reward and remuneration for employees to include bonuses related to AH and performance
Support in all administration matters pertaining to the HR function, including but not limited to just confidential employee information
Preparation and distribution of payroll information for the site
