Description:
The Senior Analyst will provide support for the Digital Fitness Program by ensuring that upskilling requirements are clearly defined, documented and mapped against department needs for delivering Strategy 2030 and meeting individual career advancement goals; documenting new learning approaches and learning paths for upskilling opportunities for staff; and working with the content providers and other stakeholders to achieve objectives. The advanced technologies will initially include robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, distributed ledger technology, internet of things, data science, and financial technology.
Requirements:
· A background in human resources, organizational development, staff development, technology training, technology project administration, business analysis, or other related area.
· Background/experience/knowledge of learning experience platforms in an enterprise environment is preferred.
· Solid experience in designing, developing and curating online learning content and self-paced materials; curating content for the catalog; and planning, organizing, and delivering training/certification programs useful.
· Strong administrative background is required, with skills and experience in project administration and coordination.
· Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.
· Hardworking and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Strong client orientation, interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with individuals from different cultural/national backgrounds.
· Excellent written and oral English skills.
· Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI.
