Details of the offer

- Understand overall business goals and how the General Ledger function supports these goals.Responsible for month end closing activities of multiple subsidiaries including reporting (US GAAP and IFRS).Prepare and review journal entries (General Ledger).Conduct and review account reconciliations.Review cash reconciliations.Review intercompany reconciliations.Manage the fixed assets module.Cash planning activities.VAT, Sales, Use and Income tax preparation.Variation analysis for both balance sheet and P&L.Act as the primary interface between business service center and internal as well as external partners and customers.Participate in and lead special projects and activities as assigned by direct line manager.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification / work experience.Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience (General Ledger).Strong understanding of Accounting Principles (US GAAP / IFRS).Very good knowledge of SAP module FI and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Experience in transitioning accounting activities into a shared service center environment (creation of desktop procedures, work shadowing, etc.) essentialStrong analytical skills.Good English language skills, additional Asian language skills beneficial.
