TasksManage data integrity and preparation of financial information to ensure completeness, accuracy, timeliness and accessibiityanalysis/reconciliations, Journal entries and adherence to accounting policies and procedures)Complete month end, quarter end and the year end close process based on timelines setPrepare, code and record journal entries related to GL activitiesWork closely with local Finance contacts during FAA/GL close to ensure adequate completeness, accuracy, timeliness, accessibility and consistency to corporate policies (FRM) and IFRSExecute internal control procedures to ensure that company assets are adequately protected including but not limited to reconciliation of General ledger accountsCompliance (i.e., preparation of account
Participate in ensuring team’s metrics/KPIs are met or exceededResolve issues and outstanding open items through appropriate channels (i.e, escalations, collaboration with team members and/or other work streams)Identify and present solutions for process improvementsPerforms other responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to provision of audit support, running of reports, participation to team specific groups and activitiesQualificationsBS Accountancy4-6 years work related experienceSAP Asset Accounting (AA); knowledgeable in other SAP accounting modules (FICO, AR, AP, MM)Complex accounting resolution skillsKnowledgeable in MS office suitePreferably with knowledge in process improvements
