We are looking for a Senior Accountant to start as soon as possible.

Duties and responsibilities The job will evolve quickly and will require dynamism, flexibility, team collaboration and adaptability. Your responsibilities will include:


Accounting Recording of day to day transactions and maintain organized accounting paper trail G/L, A/R, A/P management Preparation of monthly invoicing Weekly/monthly bank reconciliation Preparation and filing of all applicable taxes and statutory in compliance with BIR and government agencies Perform month-end and year-end closing and prepare monthly financial and management reports Maintain updated schedule of accounts Assist in cash flow reporting and budgeting Assist with external and/or tax audits Others Ensure client details and other client-related information are updated in the Client Relationship Management System Assist with the on-boarding and enable of new clients Maintain client database updated
Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance and/or Accountancy Certified Public Accountant required At least 3 - 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Must be detail oriented and highly organized Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, XERO or any cloud based accounting system is highly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must Can work with minimal supervision in an entrepreneurial environment Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Audit experience with Big 4 audit firm is a plus
