DUTY:

Lead the team responsible for various tasks in RTR – Inter company; reconciliations & month end related activities. likewise provide direction and instruction to other team members.
Make sure the team is prepared for month-end events, that deadlines are met, and that all team entries are accurate.
Assure statutory compliance and the integrity of balance sheet transactions.
When setting short-term objectives, make sure the team is in line with the senior management's strategic direction.
Determine and evaluate difficult issues for the assigned area of responsibility, then suggest possible fixes.
It is your duty to alert clients and Neksjob stakeholders to potential dangers and, if necessary, suggest action strategies.

APPROACHES AND CERTIFICATES:

A bachelor's degree in courses linked to business, finance, and accounting
A minimum of five years of strong expertise in general accounting, record-to-report, and finance
4 years' Supervisory experience
Amenable to work Full RTO & night shift schedule
Amenable to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang
