Selling Department Supervisor | Baliuag

Job Description:
Oversee day-to-day operations: run the day-to-day activities of the department by taking care of back-end operations Communicate individual sales targets & new promotions: inform selling team about individual sales targets, new offers & alert category merchandising manager of product/promo problems Manage inventory: track current stock levels plus pending deliveries vs. Sales trend to alert category merchandising managers of possible stockouts & slow-moving items Check items for pull-out: inspect items for transfer or rtv to ensure correctness of product type & quantity, process in mms & sign the required documents Manage OPEX: manage the operating budget of the department by ordering the right number of supplies, monitoring use & safekeeping extra items Administer staff: monitor attendance of sales clerks & stock clerks & manage absences by re-assigning tasks to remaining staff (manage plantilla, leaves, issue violation reports) Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course With minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in supervisory capacity, preferably in retail management Personable, creative, sales-oriented and with above average communication skills Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Baliuag Full time positions available
