Security Supervisor

Job Description:
The Security Supervisor is tasked to organize and oversee all security operations of our company.


Oversight of the Security Team Provision of Security Oversight of Emergency Preparedness and Administration of Safety and Clean Healthy Environment Implementation of Security and Safety Trainings, Coordination and Security Audits Writing and Submitting Security, Safety and Environment Reports: Maintaining Law and Order Minimum Qualifications:
Experienced Military Officer or with Military/Army background or with at least 3 years experience in Security management. Graduate of any 4-year course. Willing to travel. No criminal record Good communication skills, both oral or written. Must have good working knowledge of management practices and principles. Critical thinking skills who can quickly observe a situation and make appropriate response. Maintains positive attitude toward his/her position. Knowledgeable of all emergency policies and procedures so that he/she may appropriately respond should any of these emergencies occur. Responds to disciplinary problems involving tenants and fellow staff members calmly and reasonably, while maintaining an accurate record of the problem. With critical thinking abilities.
