**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, and access points; permitting entry.
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
- Maintains perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress to ensure that all people within the property environs have a genuine purpose to be there and are not loitering or are present for other reasons.
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
- Maintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees, tenants, visitors, and contractors.
- Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control, and accident investigations.
- Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Graduate of BS Criminology/BS Public Administration or any related course.
- At least 1- 2 years of recent and relevant experience in a similar role
- Preferred field and expertise in Law enforcement, Security, and Safety
- Skills with investigation, surveillance, CCTV Operation, Computers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
