- Devise policies and
procedures regarding areas such as business continuity planning, loss
prevention and fraud prevention, and privacy.
- Oversee and coordinate
security efforts across the company, including information technology,
human resources, communications, legal, facilities management and other
groups.
- Identify security
initiatives and standards.
- Oversee network of
vendors and directors who secure the company's assets.
- Oversee safeguarding
of intellectual property and computer systems.
- Develop procedures to
ensure physical safety of employees and visitors.
- Manage the development
and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines and
procedures.
- Ensure security is
maintained and updated.
- - Create workplace
violence awareness and prevention programs.
- Implement video
surveillance. Access control systems for all the critical locations

Protect
the R&D Sensitive information; Protect Information-Specification, drawings,
Samples

Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters-Security & AdminMinimum 10-12 Years experience
Expert in security domain with experience of handling
industrial security of a reputed company Preferably MNC or a big Domestic corporate,
must be experienced in threat perception, risk analysis, and mitigation of the
same , should have sound knowledge of material management , access control,
adapt in physical and electronic
surveillance , digital intervention in security operations ,and dealing with disaster and crisis
management.
Open to travel and willing to work in Cavite
