Details of the offer

Must be a graduate of four (4) years college degree; preferably BS Criminology.
Must have at least one (1) year experience as security coordinator or relevant in any industry.
Must have specific knowledge of security and safety policies and procedures, people handling and customer service, which are and/or may be gained through trainings and experience inside or outside the company.
Must have the following skills, abilities and attributes : honest, responsible and dependable, trustworthy, assertive; with high sense of integrity, keen with details; and with good interpersonal skill (facilitating and negotiating) in English.
Establish work priorities and issue work or post orders.
Develop and implement effective inspection and service programs
Compile budget estimates and information for special projects and the necessary reports.
Enforce security and safety standards, policies and procedures.
Supervise security guards in shift and maintain morale, discipline and welfare of all. Coordinates work activities of Security staff; Supervise, control and monitor deployment, shift schedules and activities of agency Security staff.
Implement company rules and regulations and give out corresponding Security violation and reports.
Conduct investigation and make incidence reports and settlement actions in cases of violations of plant security policies and procedures. Report hazards, unusual/suspicious circumstances.
Conduct regular inspection and audit on Safety and Security status/violations of whole plant and monitor adherence to policies at all times. Oversee frisking and other security activities during shift.
Maintain necessary records for various security activities. Encode log sheet data in the system
Contract movements , Deliver of materials to Stores, Facilities, Canteen, others and Deliver industrial gases; Scrap and disposal of precious and non-malleable materials
Communicate company policies and enforcement procedures to employees, contractors and visitors to ensure understanding of potential consequences of violations.
Participate actively in Fire and Safety drills and in the implementation of activities of Emergency Response Team and Safety Committee.
Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
