**Duties and responsibilities**
- Provide full administrative support to the Hospital Administrator, including taking calls, messages, and attending to clients, guests inquiries when necessary.
- Coordinates with department managers instructions from the Hospital Administrator and ensures submissions of necessary monthly or special reports are submitted in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports, memorandums correspondence and/or powerpoint presentation for clients internally or externally as maybe required or assigned by the Hospital Administrator
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of the management meeting
- Act as a point person when Hospital Administrator is on leave
- May be required to take additional duties as and when required
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year experience in the related field is required
- Excellent, written and communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information
- Part time only (5 months)
