Job Description:
Essential Job Functions


Accepts, responds and resolves incoming tickets and inquiries from customers and secondary customers Understanding customer’s concerns/inquiries in relation to the movement of their parcels and corresponding payouts Escalation of concerns beyond simple logistics update resolution Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 – 2 years of experience in Customer Service/Experience Experience in handling customer care roles, preferably with experience using Freshdesk Experience in buying/selling online through marketplace platforms or social media Capability to listen, understand and communicate in both English and Filipino Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Applications
