School Principal

Looking for a forward-thinking school principal, abandoning the old education system, creating an innovative education system, changing the fate of ordinary students, combining online and offline education, and a non-profit educational institution focusing on Computer Science.

The Principal will lead the school in developing teachers and monitoring curricula. The successful candidate is part of the executive team and reports to the Head of School.
Supervise our education staff and oversee day-to-day school operations;
Setting performance objectives for students and teachers;
Implementing and monitoring school policies and safety protocols;
Overviewing administrative tasks (e.g. updating employee records);
Lead a team of teachers in providing quality education, holistic development, and care for the children;
Facilitate proactive and positive engagement with parents and the community;
Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents;
Responsible for all government related matters

With IT or Computer Science background
With overseas education background
Excellent communication and management abilities
Able to make quick decisions under pressure and have a comprehensive understanding of the national education system and its regulations
