Job Description:
Directs the total operations of the CIMC to ensure the efficient andeffective flow of services to its users Attends to the accessioning and cataloging of print and non-printresources and the indexing of information files such as vertical files, magazines and journals Sees to the implementation of rules and regulations governing theuse of CIMC and its resources Coordinates with the Curriculum and Instruction Heads and facultyin upgrading the requirements of print and non-print materials, equipment and supplies Encourages the maximum utilization of the library’s resources in view of its role as a support to instruction Conducts library orientation to all students and personnel at the start of the school year Monitors the cleanliness and general upkeep of the library Collects and records fines for overdue books Prepares quarterly reports, records and statistics of CIMC Conducts the inventory of library collection during summer Performs other duties designated by the School Head Minimum Qualifications:
A graduate of Library and Information Science / Library Management Preferably, with PRC license Preferably, with units in Master's Degree in Library Science Good communication and presentation skills
