Schedule Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Schedule Manager (Overall Program Management) will lead, develop and direct the planning function for the construction project.
Through the understanding of project scope as per contract requirements, he shall assist to develop, monitor and maintain contracts and programmes, ensuring both operational and commercial members of the team are fully appraised to the critical activities and risks of the project at all times.
Shall be work closely with Program Manager and contract team to monitor costs as work progresses.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project or Construction Management or any course related or equivalent.
- At least 20 years of professional experience in Project Planning and Controlling covering all phases of project cycle from design development, tendering and awarding, construction, testing & commissioning up to project closeout and handover to client.
- Completed at least 1 aviation project and with proven record of handling the overall project schedule, resource allocations, risk management, extension of time (EOT) claims, schedule control & planning mitigations.
- Experience in schedule management to ensure completeness and accuracy of the schedule when it comes to time, resources, scope of works and other necessary contractual/legal requirements.
- Ability to collaborate and interface diverse work streams to an integrated project plan.
- Advanced level of skill in Primavera P6, MS project, MS, Excel and proficiency with MS Office.
- Proven Risk Management and Change Management capability.
- Assign priorities to task.
- Convert overall project strategy into strategic plan for planning function.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Data organization skills.
- Strong leadership, and time management skills.
- Flexible and willing to be available for consultation by other team members after office hours.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City and in Project Site.
