Fresh Graduate preferable on an IT or CS course at minimum with possibly, 0 to 2 years of SAP experience.
Be able to work independently on assigned tasks/tickets after 6 mos.
Position is for Level 2 (Primary Support) Application Management Consultant with at least 3 years of SAP SD or FI or MM.
Preferably with Application Management or Production Support experience.

Ticket closure and contribution to the Service Level Agreement Metrics of the account; Internal and External Feedback
The resource will be managing a queue of IT tickets that are required to be attended to given the urgency as indicated in a Service Level Agreement with the Customer/Account.
They are expected to respond and collaborate with customers, Service Level Managers and technical experts to see swift resolution of IT tickets.
Able to manage their IT tickets against the Service Level Agreement of the HPI Account.
