Sap Specialist (Hcm And/Or Erp)

Primary Responsibilities
Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
Develops documentation on business and user needs, objectives and system requirements specifications of both internal and external clients
Leads testing efforts and participates in quality control, acceptance testing and the implementation of application systems
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
Prepares work project plans and devises or modifies procedures to solve business problems or enhance system improvements
Coordinates with Technical Services team for technical support needed to execute project activities
Provides immediate assistance to system users/ core team/SMEs on project related problems and enhancements required.

Qualifications:Candidate must be a college graduate of Accountancy
Candidate must be a licensed CPA
Must have at least 2 years experience in SAP as a Business Systems Specialist or SAP Functional (SAP HCM, SAP ERP modules)
Must have exposure to SAP Material Management and SAP configuration and implementation
Exposure to SAP Time Payroll Management and Project Management is a plus
Willing to be based in Pasay City
