Job Description- Provide technical expertise to the team to support application related issues.- Maintains application support processes and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures- Regularly analysis service records against agreed service levels to identify actions required to maintain or improve levels of service and initiates and reports these actions- Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventive measures- Coordinate with external vendors for resolution of production issues.- Document and maintain technical designs and other supporting materials.- Conduct brown bag sessions of standard issues for helpdesk/relevant personnel.- Prepare escalation processes and maintain application production.- Generated clear reports and executed data mining of existing sources.- Provide feedback and performance appraisals for team membersQualifications: - Applicants must be a Bachelor's Degree Holder of Computer Science/ Information Technology or relative course - Proficient in Microsoft office.- Knowledgeable and understands computer concepts in Windows.- Knowledgeable and understands computer concepts in UNIX/LINUX.- Excellent understanding of SAP Materials Management, SAP Pricing Conditions, Master Data Management, and LSMW.- Advanced knowledge and ability to perform functional analysis and investigation in SAP Pricing Conditions, Master Data Management, and LSMW.- Able to understand, define and execute new requirements in SAP interface technology in IDOC and RFC.- Able to document configuration done in the SAP system in the form of predefined templates.- Able to execute mapping and gap analysis for respective SAP module.- Able to document current and to-be business process.- Able to conduct, prepare and execute SAP training programs for Power User, End User.- Able to prepare test scripts and perform testing based on a prescribed test plan.Able to provide.- Able to provide solutions based on SAP best practices- Must be able to do SAP integration to third party systems : WMS Systems, B2B Portal, BW/BI- Must be amenable to work in Ortigas
