Functional Responsibilities Works with other teams in providing a solution to functional issues reported by users by investigating and identifying the root cause of the issue and testing the recommended solution.
Works with the SAP Basis Administrator and Technical Support in providing a solution to technical issues (e.g. system fixes, patches) or in the system enhancements/updates by conducting the initial testing.
Works with the Basis Administrator and Technical Support in the development of a new report or in the customization of an existing standard report.
Provides guidance on the appropriate data source and conducts the initial testing.
Responsible for the implementation of the Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines on the reports development process.
Recommends enhancements or changes on current use of standard functionality or features by conducting research and by reviewing the current system setup.
Regularly coordinates with different teams to determine system performance at user level.
Provides module setup-related training when needed.
Responsible for the maintenance of the Core and Common Setup documents
SAP ISU Rollout
Ensures readiness of rollout documents by maintaining an updated rollout checklist, setup documents and training materials in the Document Management System.
Provides input to the rollout project plan by providing guidance during business requirements definition and by participating in the pre-implementation meetings focusing on best practices and challenges on prior rollouts.
Provides assistance in the execution of the project plan by accomplishing activities assigned based on the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

SAP FI-CA or FI-CO involved in requirements gathering, creation of functional specifications, configuration, testing, and ERP implementation

SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) mapping out processes for integration from 1 system to another

Bachelor's degree in any 4-year IT, business or engineering course;
