SAP FICO Engineer - Finance SystemsThe Role: An IT Company with operation covers Asean Region is looking for a SAP System Engineer SAP ERP system with good experience and working knowledge in the SAP FICO system to join their team in the Philippines office on a permanent basis. The Engineer will be reporting to the Project team leader, and will be working with lead a team of technical engineers to responsible for the implementation, maintenance and operation support, and the service level assurance for the entire SAP FICO system for our customer.Responsibilities: ? Act as the system expert for all finance related configuration to support business processes with SAP S/4 Hana as the central platform ? Lead functional and technical, configuration and development for finance business processes within an SAP landscape ? Application support for the current and post go-live digital finance landscape as a level 2/3 SME ? Propose, lead and deploy small and medium-size continuous improvement projects within financial systems ? Write functional and technical specifications with ability to propose BAPI, BADI’s, user exit and function modules to developers ? Create and provide support for SAP and non-SAP financial reporting ? Provide leadership and architectural knowledge within large cross functional projects ? Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and internal digital teams to design, develop and implement solutions with integration to non-FI SAP modules MM PP-PI, MM, SD, QM ? Help shape the strategy for an integrated landscape of financial systems ? Independently deliver projects and initiatives in a timely and qualitative manor ? Highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues ? Participate in the demand management process to assist the business in establishing business cases relating to new systems or potential system changes Requirements: ? Process good knowledge on functional SAP expertise in General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, product costing, cost object controlling, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, consolidation, profitability analysis and period end close ? Deep understanding of SAP FICO master data objects ? Expertise in developing financial reporting using SAP tools such as ABAP queries and working with BI developers in proposing backend data extraction from SAP and disparate systems ? Minimum 10 years working with financial business processes and financial systems ? 5-8 years of experience working with SAP required with S/4 HANA experience as a bonus ? Deep understanding of the following SAP modules FI, CO, AP, AR, tax and bolt-on tax modules ? Experience integrating with SAP MM, PP-PI, SD, QM and WM ? Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects or workstreams in a fast-paced environment ? Proven work experience with SaaS systems, cloud applications, and digital integration ? Data and business process modelling skills strongly preferred ? Experience working in a telecom operator environment is a bonus ? Process change management experience preferred ? Excellent organization and time management skills ? Effective communicator to management, peers, and project partners ? Comfortable under pressure ? Ability to effectively collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment
