Job Overview:
Data Integration team in SAP Concur is responsible for understanding the business requirements related to customer's integration, helps translate customer requirements into technical application design and potentially configuring & support integration-related components of SAP Concur systems. This team works closely with SAP Concur's Implementation Project Managers, Integration Developers and customer teams to facilitate data transfer between SAP Concur systems and the customer's systems. Common types of data streams include employee profiles, charts-of-accounts, pick-list items, and financial postings in the form of GL journal vouchers, vendor bill AP invoices, and expense reports.
As a Team Leader, he/she will be championing and driving operational excellence with the team to deliver effective & efficient best in class services to customers.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Concur data integration services and core products (expense, invoice, and travel) to guide customers in best practice configuration and integration designs.
-Lead, motivate and manage a team of data integration consultants to deliver services for customers to meet revenue targets, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
-Build relationship to effectively communicate and work with customers/internal teams/stakeholders.
-Manage consultants' utilization including capacity planning, project assignments, case assignments, employee productivity and optimal resource utilization for successful projects and cases outcomes.
-Act as an escalation point and/or manage customer's expectations (internal and external) with regards to integration deliverables, timeframes, etc. by understanding the key business drivers and their prioritization.
-Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, delivering within budget and committed deadlines by the team.
-Create and/or sustain a high performing team by accurately assessing team's skills and actively coaching employees while maintaining high team morale in an evolving business.
-Employee management activities including hiring, terminations, performance appraisals, on-going coaching, recognition, training, career development, cross-training, salary recommendations
-Track and publish key metrics related to area of responsibility and provide weekly, monthly and/or ad-hoc reports as needed by management or cross-functional teams.
-Foster an environment that embraces both innovation and consistent reproducible success.
-Develop, implement and document processes and measures of efficiencies resulting in an efficient, cost effective delivery model and customer satisfaction.
-Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP Concur's functional and technical product knowledge, implementation and support practices & methodologies.
-Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies (e.g. data security, compliance, audit, etc).
Qualifications,
Education, Experience & Training required:
-Degree or equivalent experience
-At least 3+ years of experience on enterprise level technical project management, consulting and/or software/ERP implementation experience
-At least 1+ years of people management experience.
-Experience with data transformation tool and process (ETL), e.g. Boomi Atomsphere, SAP Business Objects, IBM Infosphere, etc
-Experience with technical file manipulation/integration (e.g. txt, csv, xls and xlsx files)
-Experience with XML and/or API (web services)
-Leverage expertise with applicable IPAAS tool(s)
-Experience with one or more of the accounting packages listed above in the job description
-Experience with financial applications and knowledge of accounting processes, a plus
-Full life-cycle of financial system implementation experience
-Experience with software as a service (SaaS), a plus
-Experience in travel & spend management industry, a plus
-Knowledge of SAP Concur software product, a plus.
