Job Overview:
Quality Consultant I will fulfill functional, technical, and project management roles in the support of Quality programs and tools. This role will require significant collaboration with Global Services team members to determine skill assessments, promote knowledge development, process adherence, and provide project-specific support and assistance.
Responsibilities:
Perform case and call reviews to enhance level of customer service and interactions.
Support complex technical and customer quality related projects as assigned.
Assist in consulting with SAP Concur personnel and customers to provide subject matter and expertise in areas including, process, quality analysis, project management, and risk identification/mitigation.
Ensure quality issues are promptly addressed and resolutions are completed successfully in a reasonable amount of time.
Collaborate with individual members of the SAP Concur team to provide guidance and assistance with delivering solutions.
Develop and document best practices and contribute to team training and professional development efforts.
Participates in cross-functional teams formed for quality improvements and SAP Concur team effectiveness.
Maintain a current and thorough understanding of SAP Concur Products and Services.
Attend SAP Concur sponsored training programs and industry-related conferences as needed based on budget availability.
Complete other activities and duties as needed.
Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
Qualifications
Education, Experience & Training required:
Associates degree in a business field or equivalent experience
Thorough understanding of customer Support and Call Center operations
Knowledge of process review and development
Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills
Ability to pass a background check
Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
Ability to provide effective feedback to others.
Ability to effectively train others (without supervision)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including persuasion and documentation skills
MS Excel at a journeyman level
Ability to plan and to prioritize
CRM experience
Experience with software as a service (hosted) preferred
Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
