As a key member of the Client Development team, this role is responsible for identifying and researching key buyer contacts and ensuring that all relevant information (name, title, phone number) are captured and encoded into SAP Concurs CRM tool. This role will also be responsible for gathering additional information regarding the targeted company such as what Industry the company is in, verifying the company address and potentially the company size, corporate cards in force, the travel management company they use, any competitive systems in-place such on-line booking and/or expense automation. This information will be used by the Sales Team to convert inquiries into actual sales.
Contact target companies to develop complete and accurate company profiles for companies in existing SAP Concur databases, procured database from third parties or target companies.
The companies to be profiled will be throughout the United States SMN market.
Specific contact information for the potential buyers within these companies will include email address, complete name, title, email address, phone number, and postal address.
The profiles will be gathered through Internet research including Linkedin, leveraging SAP Concur partner contacts and by deep diving into CRM data to determine purchase patterns and trends that would allow for a potential sales opportunity.
The individual will also maintain all records within Salesforce or other SAP Concur designated systems.
Participate on cross-functional teams as needed to further sales initiatives.
Interacts with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Be aware of, and comply with, all SAP Concur corporate policies.
Education, Experience & Training required:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Management, Computer Science or related field
