Sap Abap Consultant

Job Description:Qualifications: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP
Identifies & documents problem Root Causes, engaging other parties as necessary to make a proper determination
Documents any Workaround to be employed until a permanent solution can be designed and implemented
Defines and documents Corrective Action plan and engages resources that can validate the Corrective Action and develop implementation plans.
Submits Requests for Changes (RFC’s) to implement the Corrective Actions
Monitors the progress of all requested Corrective Actions to ensure that the requests continue to flow through the process
Validates that the Corrective Actions had the desired effect
Prepares the problem record for closure and ensures that the problem is routed to the Problem Owner for review & closure.
