ManilaPerform and deliver all the configuration changes in Salesforce
Manage all migration of data into Salesforce
In partnership with business and marketing analysts:Gather and document requirements from stakeholders from different functions
Design reports and dashboards for different stakeholders.
Develop training materials and provide training and support to Salesforce end users. * Manage and prioritize ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
Participate in best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management
Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments and users
Build and execute upon policies around Salesforce governance and security.
Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups
Participate in the creation and updating of policies and procedures associated with the role
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other related field
Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201 certification) required within 30 days of employment.
1-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration
Experience in implementation, training and documentation preferred
