Sales Utility Clerk - Sm Lanang

Job Description:
Responsible for performing direct selling through knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient customer service.


Key Accountabilities


1. Daily Operations


Consistently follow and abide by the company’s established policies and procedures. Attend and assist customers in the selection and choice of merchandise style, color or size. Direct the customers to the nearest counter for payment of the merchandise. Replenish stocks on display and ensure availability of stocks in the selling area. Arrange display of stocks. 2. Customer Engagement


Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service. Acknowledge the presence of customers, listen and pay attention to their needs. Attend to customer complaints with eagerness and understanding. Minimum Qualifications:
Preferrably Male 4 years graduate (with or without experience) or 2 year course with experience in selling and customer service Must have pleasing personality and good communication skills. can start ASAP Willing to work in Our Home SM Lanang
