**Responsibilities**:
1.
Updates the prices of Bulk/Lard-Margarine to customers.
2.
Takes orders and requests for approval.
3.
Coordinates schedule of delivery with Logistics Assistant.
4.
Prepares daily dispatch order slip for loading.
5.
Checks the weight against loaded items.
6.
Computes the total sales to be forwarded to Sales Assistant - Ato for preparation of sales documents.
7.
Double checks the sales documents prior to releasing to customer.
8.
Acts as Sales document custodian.
9.
Follows up checks for collection.
10.
Releases invoices to Logistics Section for counter signing.
11.
Perform other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time.
12.
Adheres to company policies, rules and regulations and procedures relating to health & safety and environmental management.
Minimum Education/Experience Required:
Graduate of any business course.
Preferably have at least six months relevant experience.
Background in Customer Service is preferred but not required.
Fresh graduates with good academic records and highly trainable will be considered.

**Salary**: Php15,500.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
