Roles and Responsibilities
The Sales Support Assistant’s purpose is to do everything possible to assist the Sales Manager's with activities required to win customer projects and maintain current customer business. This role will be the right hand to providing the sales team with assistance.
The Sales Support Assistant role will be fast-paced and will require exceptional skills in being highly organised, highly detailed and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
The Sales Support must prepare and deliver customer presentations, customer submission documents, and customer promotions and pricing which means preparing customer presentations of new product offerings, completing detailed requests on all new products, and preparing promotion and pricing on products.
The Sales Support Assistant is expected to get involved in new customer projects, general administration work, and product benchmarking. The key professional is also expected to complete other tasks as required.
Required Experience
More than 6 years of experience in sales support
Experience with ERP software
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma relevant to sales support

Language - Exceptional English language skills with ability to handle verbal and written activities in a professional and courteous manner. An English dialect appropriate for the Australian market is mandatory.
