Sales Support Analyst

- Prepares Weekly & Monthly Sales report for the Sales team
- Maintains effective data and file management system
- Analyzes and evaluates data overtime to make informed suggestions, and conduct independent research that will be essential in helping predict sales trends
- Gathers and prints the Purchase Orders (PO) generated for the portal and from provincial Distributors, including hardcopies/fax copies from the sales team, making sure that everything will be processed
- Gathers, prints, analyzes and monitors the return to vendor (RTV), goods return/receipt notice (GRN), and other notices or advices from the accounts
- Monitors product returns status
- Performs other related duties that may be required
