In order to support our growth and our expansion plans with the required competence, we are looking for SSS Manager Coach to enable our new SSS Managers/teams to work effectively within store commercial team. This position will report to Retail Supply Integration Manager.Provide coaching, assistance and training on and off site to the SSS Managers and secure the knowledge transfer to the new managers (external candidates).
Support intensively with physical presence in stores before opening and up to 6 months after opening and secure the implementation of highly efficient SSS department operation (both process and tools) Support and coach the store Commercial Team to establish and implement the In-store Logistics (ISL) process and Internal Service agreement successfully Plan and facilitate trainings within ISL department involving the store Commercial team. Be accountable for competence development supporting the growth plans by creating and implementing a strategic plan based on current and future business needs and expansion Be accountable for facilitating succession planning for Logistics on a country level across all units and meeting points. Be accountable for sharing existing training programs, also creating and implementing new training and on-boarding plans. And above all, live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and thriving IKEA culture that inspires colleagues to reach extraordinary achievements in the store Minimum Qualifications:
You are a highly skilled SSS Manager with min 3 years IKEA store experience in that role and you have been part of new store openings. You can navigate in a calm, reinsuring and trustful way through the craziness of a store establishment and new operation. You have proven leadership skills, combined with coaching, training and facilitation skills. As a person you are passionate about people and you are energized by contributing to overall success and results through coaching, sharing knowledge to new colleagues. You have the ability to coach and influence SSS Managers combined with the ability to educationally create clarity around the tools and processes of SSS department in the store. A passion for enabling change with different people, both for SSS department and commercial stakeholders in store Passionate about retailing, supply chain logistics and working in a fast-paced and constantly changing retail environment.
