Job Description:
Create and develop sales strategies to enhance business growth. Analyze, evaluate and assess sales territories for own products or services. Recommend improvements and changes as appropriate to company sales policies. Determine and set goals and objectives for the sales professionals. Support, lead and mentor sales personnel in achieving sales outcomes. Prepare sales and marketing budgets. Analyze marketing trends for own products and services. Make recommendations and changes in marketing strategies as appropriate. Provide logistics in building and expanding customer base. Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns. Minimum Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 years of direct sales experience in the technology industry Exposure and experience in international sales a definite plus Must understand technology and technology products and services Must be able to push aggressively across corporate and government Must have a conversational understanding of current issues and challenges in cyber-security and payments Experience in multinational and/or large corporate(s) preferred, but an entrepreneurial spirit is a must. This is a sales position, commission will be available. Ability to bring in own network will be given extra consideration Graduate of any 4 year course Must have excellent oral and written communications skills Must be flexible and willing to work against aggressive targets Must bring innovative and creative ways to closing deals and overachieving targets
