Job Description
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Follow up with all inbound leads within 24 hours
- Make sure set daily/ weekly/ monthly targets of self-generated prospects contacted either by phone or email occur and are recorded in system
- Close sales and achieve set targets
- Meet or exceed set minimum sales per month.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Constantly be adding to the call lists and prospecting spreadsheets or CRM available.
- Add all willing prospects into database
Qualifications
- 2 years sales experience in either inbound or outbound sales environment
- Track record of not just achieving but exceeding sales targets
- Strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls a day
- Resilient to rejection.
- Familiar with Google and Microsoft business products
- Experience working with databases, CRM’s and generally recording activity
- Understanding of basic online marketing in today’s market
- A genuine interest in helping grow other businesses
- Strong listening and presentation skills
